2015 Bay Area Equine Vet Camp
Scholarship Instructions & Forms
Submission deadline June 1, 2015
We are excited to offer a 2015 Bay Area Equine Vet Camp experience to students from a variety of economic circumstances. Through our BAE Vet Camp Scholarship Fund, and in partnership with the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), we offer partial and full scholarships to students with demonstrated need. The amount of the award is determined by the BAE Club Board and Scholarship Fund administrators.
To be eligible for consideration for partial or full financial assistance at 2015 BAE Vet Camp, parents of returning and new students must complete the following four steps by the June 1, 2015 deadline:
1. Complete and submit the 2015 BAE Vet Camp Scholarship Application (below). You will receive confirmation of its receipt by e-mail.
2. Complete and submit the 2015 BAE Vet Camp Registration Form (below). You will receive confirmation of its receipt by e-mail.
3. Complete the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) online at www.sss.nais.org (School & Student Services by National Association of Independent Schools). The online submission fee is $41. The camp code for Bay Area Equine Vet Camp is 9015. You will be given a password that will allow you to return to your PFS at a later date before submitting the form through the sss.nais.org website.
4. Upload all required documentation to SSS by NAIS (not Bay Area Equine Vet Camp)
