Dr. Danielle Alleman

DVM Mentor
Brief info

Dr. Danielle Alleman graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Veterinary Studies, and graduated in 2017 from Cornell University with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Immediately following graduation, she moved out west to Washington State and has been a practicing small animal veterinarian ever since, and most recently started her own veterinary relief services business. Dr. Alleman has been passionate about wellbeing since her time as a vet student and supporting the wellbeing of her fellow veterinary colleagues remains a main focus in her veterinary career. Dr. Alleman is passionate about empowering other early career veterinarians to find balance and sustainability in their careers. Dr. Alleman is the owner and creator of Empathos Veterinary Wellness, a platform designed to help support the mental health and wellbeing of the veterinary profession through virtual events, speaking, career coaching, and more. When she is not involved in Vet Med, she enjoys hiking, climbing, skiing – or basically any activity that gets her outside in the PNW mountains!
